The fifth meeting of the Board of Trustees was held in Istanbul, Turkey, on 3 October 2009, in the wings of the World Bank/IMF Annual Meeting. The venue was the Istanbul Congress Centre. During the meeting, members discussed a number of possible twinning projects and training workshops, and established procedures for approving requests for such projects. Members also considered the administrative report (password protected) covering the period March 2009 to September 2009 and the financial report (password protected) for the period 1st January to 31st August 2008.
