The third meeting of the Board of Trustees was held in Washington DC on 10 October 2008, in the wings of the IMF/World Bank Annual meetings. During this meeting members considered an administrative report  (password protected) for the period up to October 2008 and approved a work programme for the Network, based on the draft produced by a group of eminent consultants. The meeting also approved the first twinning projects of the Network, which are considered as practical examples as to how one small state can provide technical assistance to another small state.
